line and improved workers ergonomics
as well as the easea and speed of handling
heavy wooden objects.
We make customized, high quality fittings and assemblylines for industrial use. We use Okarrolls typically in gravity conveyor lines, perfusion shelfs, intersection stations, assembly and packaging points. Okarroll is a good alternative for ball transfer rolls. Multidirectional rolls enable versatile object handling moving without having to lift up the object.
In our client projects we use mostly 50mm and 60mm rolls. The roll material depends on the objects handled and we’ve used all of the different materials of Okarrolls from POM to ESD (for electronics) and PUR (for scratch sensitive materials). Over the years we’ve had many challenges that we’ve been able to solve with Okarrolls. Our staff knows Okarrolls very well and know when and how to utilise them in different client projects. Okarrolls are high quality, the delivery times are short, there are always many material options which enables us to be able to use the rolls in many different industrial applications. We were looking for a durable multidirectional roll that doesn’t damage the products. Okarrolls do just that. They help us easily move products on a level to different directions.
We use MTR 80 mm Duplex U-profile, spacing: 100 mm in our conveyor line. In some of the products the packaging itself distributes the weight without breaking the packaging. In our other lines the products need to avoid ferritic touch because of corrosion danger.
The best thing about Okarrolls is their durability and the ease of maintenance. I see no problems to install these rollers almost anywhere in conglomerate companies.
